It is harder to keep the blog going with all that is happening.  So here is quick update.

We were up early with Nanette, Jeff and Roman.  They flew out of Heathrow at 10:15 pm.  It was hard to say good bye.  It was so fun having Roman around to hug.  He kept saying the best part of the trip was seeing us!  How sweet!  After dropping them off at the airport, we drove to Oxford to see a flat and drop off a white board, 2 chairs and an iron.  We met Elder and Sister Wells at the flat.  I had the elders clean the shower curtain.  We decided they need some cleaning supplies so we went to Sainbury and bought several different cleaners especially mould remover.  Mould is so prevalent here because of all the moisture.  I made sure to spray the mould before I left.  After dropping of the van we came home and was about to go grocery shopping when we learned that the Bridgstocks would be home in an hour.  I grabbed some cleaner and cleaned the bathroom and shower where the Graviets' stayed.  Bridgstock's daughter Sarah helped vacuum and clean the shower.  We were so appreciative of the Bridgstocks to let the kids stay there.  It was their best time sleeping since leaving Utah.  I meant to tell Nanette and Jeff the beds were Purple Beds.

The rest of the day was shopping and assembled yummy potatoes for 'Break the Fast' with the Temple Missionaries.  We did go to the Accommodations and watch a movie at 7 pm called 'Viceroy's House' and talked to the kids.  It is a highlight of our day when we get to see the grandkids. A very moving and tender and historical movie.  It is about how India received its freedom from the English.

We attended the Epsom Ward for church and enjoyed the spirit of testimonies of those that spoke.  It was a small meeting with so many people having a holiday.  The bishopric was gone and the High Priest Group Leader conducted with a person on the high council.  I was asked to teach a Sunday lesson and accepted only to learn that I am not able to be there.  Darn!  There is this one elderly sister that has taken a liking to me and me to her.  She has nervous leg syndrome and has a hard time with balance.  But she makes me laugh by pulling funny faces and saying outlandish things.  She had me sit by her in Relief Society.   We will speak in church in a few weeks.

Enjoyed our time with Temple missionaries and dinner was wonderful.  There were a lot of different potato dishes.  Next time I will do a green salad or hot veggie.

Today the office is being audited.  A sister from Germany came to examine the financial part of the office.  She also spent time making sure the firewalls are running on the computers.  We spent the day working at the office except when we came home for lunch to switch out laundry.  Elder Wallace had driving lesson with Grant Neals next door.  We had green salad with Hollumi cheese, chicken, hard boiled egg, cucumber, avocado, carrots and ranch salad dressing.  Delicious!   For FHE we went to the Accommodations and played games from 7-9 pm.  We taught Sister Jones and Sister Linford Five Crowns and Mormon Bridge.  There were three tables playing different games.  We are grateful that we got invited.

We were up and out the of the door before 8 am.  Elder Wallace went to Staines to close down a flat.  Elder and Sister Madden met him at the flat.  They took a couch to the AP missionaries and took the old couch out of their flat.  They took a load of rubbish to the dump and loaded the van.  I spent the day working on piles of paperwork.  It feels so good when it is done.  Sister Harkness and I went into East Grinstead to purchase candy bars for the winners of the cleaning videos contest and buy boxes for packing.  I spent part of the day working with the auditor on flats.  Out of ten flats there were only 2 problems.  We finally arrived home at 6 pm.  Dinner was green salad and a frozen pizza. We didn't have enough time to make the last session at the temple.  We picked Friday to do a session.  we had to return to the office to get ready for the next day.  We will be travelling to Hastings to move missionaries into a new flat and clean the old flat.  We walked around the temple and it started to rain.  So much for exercise!  We had a great visit with Dad, Lynne, and Dee.  A few minutes of blog and I am ready for bed.  Ironing will have to wait until tomorrow.
