Cleaning, shopping, working at the office, preparing for talks took up most of today.  We did go out to dinner with Elder and Sister Costley working in Plymouth. Costleys invited two sister they are friends with Sister Harkness went to Smith & Western for dinner.  The food was good but the music is to...LOUD.  It reminds me of a restaurant in America with all the western themes.  At the bar are saddle chairs and large chandlers are made of wagon wheels while western music plays.  It is hard to hear or talk with the music in the background. We shared a rack of ribs and a salad.  The ribs were lovely!!!

We did get to visit with Nanette, Marjorie and Emily.

The weather has taken a drastic change from the last week of sunshine.  It reminds me of the fall with lots of rain, wind and cold weather.  I had put my turtle necks away only to pull them out again.

We spoke in church today at the Epsom Ward.  Elder Wallace talked about prophets and revelation and I talked about the Holy Ghost.  I got asked to go into the nursery the first hour.  I met Penny, Sophia, Kiera, and Summer.  I had seen all the little girls in church but didn't have a connection with them.

We invited the Ludlows and the Burkinshaws for an English Sunday dinner.  Sister Ludlow brought a cake and ice cream for dessert.  We did the potatoes a head of time and kept them warm in the Instant Pot which made the kitchen more manageable with all the last food details.  We had the nicest visit.  The guests stayed until 8 pm visiting and telling us their stories and about their families and sweet temple experiences.

Ludlows, Burkinshaws, and Wallaces.

Peas and carrots have become one of our favourite vegetables.
It was a colourful and delicious dinner.
