Elder Wallace and I attended the Crawley Ward today. It was Fast and Testimony Meeting. We were fasting for the England London South Mission missionaries that they could find and teach more friends in the mission. Church was special in all the classes and Sacrament Mtg. While entering the Sunday school class I was able to visit with Charlie, a YSA, I haven't seen her at Institute for awhile. I had the impression to stay with her and get to know her better. I invited her to the fireside and she came. We had a chance to walk around the London Temple grounds and talk about the temple and being sealed someday. She has a master degree in bio-genetic and wants to help cure cancer. The London Temple was brilliant with all the lights. (Nothing like Temple Square). The YSA Sunday school had an impact in me. I had an awaking!!! We talked about "The Family: A Proclamation to the World". President David Mann taught the lesson and put on the board: Same sex marriages, Cohabitation, Pornography, Abortion, Transgender (Identity) with boxes beside each word. The he asked the question, What % of the people in England agrees with the words on the board? We determined % and it was surprising the overwhelming % of the people are okay with it. 64% for Same sex marriage, 75% Cohabitation, 71% was alright with abortion, Transgender was 82% and 51% okay for kids see pornography. Then we read Mosiah 29:26-27 "And if the time comes that the voice of the people doth choose iniquity, then is the time that the judgments of God will come upon you..." We were shown that the time has come where the voice of the people chooses iniquity. Also, 2 Nephi 28:14 "...who are the humble followers of Christ; nevertheless, they are led, that in many instances they do err because they are taught by the precepts of men." Even the most elect err. Also, Alma 12:32 - The Lord showed us the plan then gave us commandments and principles. The time is now to strengthen our testimonies and follow the Prophets.
The AP Elders gave us a thank you card for taking them out to lunch yesterday.

The AP Elders gave us a thank you card for taking them out to lunch yesterday.
They folded the paper to look like a white shirt and tie with a thank you on the back. The Thank You note was so cute and appreciated. They are special missionaries.
We had a Break the Fast dinner at the Accommodations with the mission office missionaries and Visitor Centre missionaries. I made crock-pot (Insta-pot) chicken enchiladas with another person. Other people brought green salads and desserts.
We attended a fireside on the London Visitor's Centre tonight with David Bridgstock (who we rent from) spoke, played and sang songs he has written. He has written a book "Reasons to Believe" and we are going to buy the book and read it. David Bridgstock has also produced CD of his songs. He told of a time when he would drive while playing his guitar and steering the car with his knee. He did a lovely job and very touching. Sarah and Leanne sang a song from the Children's Songbook that I have never heard. They had beautiful voices. I didn't realize what a talented family they were.
