I cannot believe that it is December. Where has the time gone. We got up early to put the rolls together and get ready for the day. Elder Wallace went to the office to clean out the van and put seats in it. I spent the morning finishing the orange rolls. (The rolls turned out a bit heavy. I need to let them raise more.) I was able to do laundry and catch up on a few things around the house.

We made the rolls for a special occasion today. President and Sister Gubler had all of the senior missionaries over for a Christmas lunch. It was a real treat. We had pulled turkey, mashed potatoes, gravy, dressing, green salads, jello salad, rolls, and wonderful desserts. We sang Christmas carols and each couple and sisters told us a little about themselves - how many children and grandchildren besides a favorite Christmas memory or story. Some of the stories made us laugh and some made us cry. After we got through President Gubler let us know that the group had 98 children, 282 grandchildren with 2 great grandchildren. (Interesting to know that there is 45 years of missionary service will be given by this amazing group. Everything was so nice. Afterward we all got a card from President and Sister Gubler. Inside was an England London South Mission temple recommend holder with a picture of the London Temple and inside a quote from 3 Nephi 5:13 "Behold, I am a disciple of Jesus Christ, the Son of God. I have been called of him to declare his word among his people, that they might have everlasting life."
Thank you, President and Sister Gubler for sending the pictures and names of those that attended the Senior Missionary Holiday Dinner! We love all those that we serve with. They are dedicated and wonderful people.
President Gublre said put out the call to let everyone know that we need couples in England London South Mission. We don't have any senior missionaries scheduled. We need you to help with the work here. Our missionaries here need us. They can't do it without senior missionaries.
