Busy day planned!  We got an early start shopping at Tesco Grocery Store.  Well, 7 am was early for us.  We bought hamburger and and marina sauce for Institute tonight and Zone Conference tomorrow.  Something interesting about the UK.  There are two different kinds of hamburger in the UK.  One is called the Scottish and the other is call UK beef.  If you talk to the people in England, UK beef is the best.  The sisters in the mission office kept saying buy Scottish meet because it tastes better.  The English people are really proud of the their meat, milk and butter and the different cows that produce them and they should be.  It is all delicious!  We did buy Scottish hamburger but I didn't notice the difference.  I will try UK hamburger next time.

Another busy day at the office.

We went to Institute at Crawley for the YSA!  We had seven students show with 2 senior couples.  The lesson was on 2 Nephi 17-27.  We spent more time on Isaiah.  Sister Leslie Doughty is a wonderful teacher.  The spirit is always testifying of the truthfulness of scriptures and of the prophets desires for us to follow Christ.  I went to boil water for the pasta when I realized that the stove didn't work very well at all.  There was a sign posted that there is no cooking just reheating.  Well, learned my lesson.  I will have to get another InstaPot to cook pasta and rice to keep it warm at church.  And yes, the pasta did get done after 20 minutes in almost boiling water.  It didn't help that a member of the Stake Presidency came in and shook my had.  (I got caught!)

Third day off sugar!!!  I have great resistance to not eating sweets but when they pull out the cookies covered with chocolate it is a bit harder to resist.  Clark said he would rub my feet every night if I stay off sugar.  Great foot rub, Honey.  Thank You.
