I had my first haircut in England from Emma. She is the daughter of the Bridgstocks. She spent an hour cutting my hair. She did an amazing job. Well worth the time and money! I bought some styling hair lotion from her. Let's see if I can style it the same way. Emma said she take 45 minutes to cut a mans hair. Not like my 3 minute hair cut for Tim Shaw or 10 minutes for the rest of the men I use to cut hair. I would need to start charging for haircuts if I spent 45 minutes a haircut. Clark wondered if I got my hair cut. (big blow to my new haircut!)
Elder Wallace went to Sutton to move furniture and finish cleaning out a flat while I stayed in the office to help with phone calls. I came home for a late lunch to learn to use the Insta Pot and found out we didn't have any WiFi service. I decided to drive to Haskins to do window shopping which is about one mile from our flat. Haskins is like a garden shop besides selling Christmas decorations, games, presents and treats. As I went around to the other part of the store where it was a nice surprise to see clothes, boots, sweaters plus a cafe to have lunch at. Can't wait to go back and buy a few things. Elder Wallace brought home a sturdier larger table for our dining room from the closed flat. It will fit six people nicely and eight people if we push it which I am sure we will.
After dinner Clark and I made a run to Tesco Grocery Store for supplies to feed the students at Institute Mac & Cheese in the Insta Pot. Mac & Cheese was a hit for some students. Others had had their dinner and ate cookies and grapes. Everyone said they loved the Mac & Cheese but it was a little on the dry side. I loved using the Insta Pot. Ready to try some soup now the weather has turned cold.
