Monday, 30 October 2017 The Corbetts left us today. Elder Parker and I were able to get a few more questions in before Sister Corbett left. It was very helpful to our jobs. Thank You Corbetts for your dedication and hard work with cars and flats. Sister Corbett loves people and loves to entertain and has an infectious laugh. Elder Corbett has a wit and tells great stories. I will remember him the day I drove. He was patient and brave to let me drive. We went twice to the Corbetts for dinner. She says she'll send me pictures. The weather has turned colder and I was freezing in the office. Sister Corbett left a red knit jacket and I wore it all day. Bless her. I did find out how to turn on the heater by my feet. It will help Elder and Sister Costly invited Sister DeArden and Sister Harkness and us for dinner. I was to bring dessert. Drove home to put a lushes Raspberry White Chocolate Waffle Pudd...

Sunday, 4 February 2018 We are a little bit kick back on Sunday morning. Church starts at 10 am and with Fast Sunday you don't have eating or dishes to take care of. The Sun was shining and blue skies when we went to church. It looked so warm and inviting until you stepped outside and it was brisk and cold. We are expecting snow tonight. We attended the Crawley Ward today. Sacrament Meeting was special and spiritual. We heard from two sisters in wheel chairs and an elderly gentleman bare their testimonies. We had Primary children and all the Bishopric spoke. I have never seen this happen before but the Bishop invited people to come up. The last sister that spoke wanted to come up and talk but she didn't want to climb over the couple because she is so big. It was a tender mercy when the Bishop asked the new couple to come up and bare their testimonies on the same row the heavy sister was sitting. She knew she wanted to...

Wednesday, 7 February 2018 I would like to say that today was a relaxing and I spent the day soaking in the bath tub and reading a book. But guess what? Didn't happen! I am truly getting the hang of working full time. We have a routine now and it seems easier each day. We are having a wonderful time with the people in the office, temple missionaries, and staff running the grounds and Accommodations of the temple. They are very good to us. I think it is because Elder Wallace is so good to them. Elder Wallace is the one they go to for GPS' and driving skills and getting rides to the train station. We went to the office for a few hours and then off to IKEA to exchange 20 mattress covers that were the size of a crib. (it is hard ordering on line and the measurements are in metric.) IKEA was great! Not a problem returning them and buying 20 more new mattress covers besides pots and pans, curtains, squeegees, toilet bowl brushes ...
