Daises are one of my favoirte
flowers.  Dennis-I used my
flash to take this picture!
We received a call from the sister missionaries in Exter, Sister Neilson and Sister Jerusalem at 7 am this morning.  It was cold in their flat and no hot water.  I was able to go on line and look up the boiler and tell them how to fill it up and they got hot water and heat.  I love You Tube for that very thing.  Tender Mercy! We got ready for the day, had breakfast, and Elder Wallace went grocery shopping while I cleaned the flat and did laundry.  It seems I do a lot of laundry because the washing machines are smaller than mine at home.  Elder Wallace brought home a beautiful bouquet of daises and took me to the cinema in the afternoon.  We saw "The Darkest Hour".  It is about Winston Churchill and what took place during World War II and how Churchill was a blessing to the United Kingdom and also how he saved over 300,000 lives of soldiers in Dunkirk, France.  Very interesting and educational.  We loved the movie.  We decided not to go shopping because of the weather.  It has turned bitter cold.

Without flash!  Notice the
Sunshine behind the flowers!
We were able to call Colin and wish him a Happy 6th Birthday.  What a fun loving and happy person.  I do love his energy and enthusiasm.  He reminds me of Mark growing up.  We got a chance to talk to Marion and Mark and learn about their cruise to Catalina and Ensenata they took last week for 5 days.  They loved it!  Afterwards we were able to talk to Nanette, Roger and Edie DuPaix and caught up on all the news.

The sister missionaries in Newton Abbot called us and told us they had moved and the ward did all the moving and cleaning.  It was a tender mercy that we didn't need to drive to Plymouth and move them. The Lord has truly blessed us England.  We see his works on a daily bases.

We baked cookies for the Neals' family because their daughter, Maya came home from her mission on Thursday and is talking in church tomorrow.  Emma Neals loves my cookies.  They were chocolate chip and oatmeal cookies.  Clark said they were good.  We ate leftover pasta, pulled pork and made a green salad for dinner.  Clark spent time studying for his driving license while I laid down and watched a BBC mystery on You Tube and fell asleep and didn't wake up till 2 am the next morning.
