Friday, 16 August 2018 -

Jan & Stewart took a tour to Windsor Castle, Bath, and Stonehendge. Clark walked tham to the tube and they were on their own.  They arrived home after 9:30 pm and loved the sights. They stopped to get a bit to eat and try Fish and Chips.  Elder Wallace and Elder Rees went to Canterbury to move sister missionaries into a new flat.  I do miss traveling with Clark and helping.  Life at the office is exciting and busier than I thought it would be.  I am learning new assignments all time.  I have baptisms, letters and reports down.  Learning passports and visas and VRP's.  I am learning to cope with the disruptions in the office.  It is a three ring circus at time with missionaries coming and going and trying to meet their needs.

I got a haircut today from another Emma.  I needed it cut and I couldn't make it down to Emma Neal's.  I decided to go short again.  I do love it somewhat.  It take a while to get use to see a different person in the mirror in the morning. Sister Gorgas daughter came to the office and we walked to my  place to cut the hair.  She spent a lot of time doing.  She did a good job.  I left the office at 7 pm and Elder Wallace didn't get home until 8:30 pm.  Long busy days and we love it.  We keep joking that we are paying for this experience.

Adventures with Jan & Stewart in pictures.

Stewart and Jan riding the tube to
Westminster Abbey.

We arrived at 8:30 am.  Best time to visit the Abbey.

Third time to the Abbey and I still love it.
I have an appreciation for the stone work
and design.

London Bridge

Loved the boat ride to see all the different bridges espeically
the London Bridge.

The London Eye!!!
We have decided that it not a priority to ride the eye!
