Ruff day at the office!  I think a long hard cry would help! There was one point that we had temple missionaries asking for help, the phone ringing, other visitors and phone ringing, Elder Parker wanted security deposits checked which took a big part of the morning, phone ringing!!!  I am opening three flats and trying to get docs signed and money sent and keeping on task. The day did get better.  A tender mercy!  Through inspiration from the Lord I was able to find a bill that had our address on it to help in getting a new flat.  We pay Council Tax and I remember that our name and address is on it.  I located a bill in Bath and sent it off.  The letting company accepted it.

We picked up the Maddens from Gatwick and brought them back to stay in the Accommodations.  They attended a session in the London Temple in the afternoon and came to get us when they were through.  We took them shopping for snack foods to travel to Poole the next day for Zone Conference in the East.  We bought a pizza at Tesco and brought it home to cook and ate dinner.  Another tender mercy was Lesley came over and started the oven for us.  We came home to a hot oven and put the pizza immediately in the oven, prepared a green salad and had a wonderful dinner. We realized we had only a few minutes to eat GU a wonderful dessert and dashed off to the London Temple.  Parkers and Maddens were doing sealing and Elder Wallace and I attended an endowment session.  We only have three more names for do for the sweet lady from German. (I think I could call that ministering.)  I was the only woman on the session.  There were three men.  We had a lovely time and enjoyed being at the temple.  Nothing like the temple to lift your spirits and make you feel loved and cared for.

Left: We said good bye to the Beauchamps today. They are
wonderful people and we hope to see them again.
Middle: Parkers  Right: Us

Three handsome missionaries and husbands.

A tender mercy today!  I had been trying to call Europe Area Mission to no avail.  I need a document to show the church at insurance. I needed it today.  Two workers from the Europe Area Mission walked in the door.  I was on the phone and didn't get introductions.  After the phone call I was introduced to two employees from the Europe Area Mission.  I told the brother I was having problems calling Germany and what I needed.  He called a man named Ziggie (his nickname) for me and put me on the line.  Ziggie had the paper I needed and emailed it to me.  He called twice to make sure I got it and then Elder Wallace emailed him and he was able to send the document.  Okay - I am in tears as I am writing this blog.  It was such a blessing to me.  I felt that I had an angel appear and give me add.  A very tall man in a blue suit and white shirt and tie was heaven sent to me.  The Lord answered my prayers this morning.  We came home for lunch and I didn't feel well.  I laid down for an hour while Elder Wallace went back to work and returned for me.  I felt much better.

I want to relate two missionary experiences I had in London last week.  We had been walking to the Thames River and asked a young woman if we could sit by her.  She was beautiful and started asking us questions.  I told her we living in England and volunteering as missionaries.  She said she was religious and always went to church with her grandmother.  She asked what we believed in and I explained.  Sister Parker handed her a pass along card.  I invited her to Christ.  She seemed very receptive.  She was only visiting England and now I realise I should of gotten her contact information.  I met a man and we had a very nice conversation and I told him that we belonged to The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints. I have given out pass along cards but determined to carry them with me and started giving them out at the grocery stores when I visit.
