We were up early to be at the Accommodations to prepare breakfast by 6:40 am.  We invited Tony and Carol Davis to help prepare breakfast and lunch before the had to go to the temple to an afternoon-evening shift.  It was exciting to see the missionaries and feed them.  Thank you to Tony in starting to cook the pancakes early and to Elder Pendleton and Elder Tandiman who went to the store and bought me 4 more cans of sweetened condensed milk when I accidentally used them for the buttermilk syrup.  The missionaries raved about the buttermilk syrup with pancakes and bananas and blueberries.  They all had a sugar high after finishing off the syrup.  Everyone wanted the recipe.  I did type it out so I remembered the mistake that turned out wonderful.  I am not always that fortunate.  Davis' left us about 10:30 am and Elder Wallace and I were on our own.  Sister Davis helped with the meat, cheese, cucumbers, lettuce and pickle trays.  I cut the baguettes and made the chocolate fudge which turned out delicious.  Build a sandwich was a success with broccoli salad, potato chips and brownies with ice cream on top with chocolate fudge syrup on top. When everyone left I sat down and was grateful for all those that helped pull off the breakfast and lunch.   It was the last time I will hear the song 'We'll Bring His Truth' with 'Thank You for the food' at the end of the song.  I almost cry every time the missionaries sing to the workers. We rested for a few minutes before we cleaned up.

(Parkers would of helped but they had packed and moved their things to Poole for their mission in the Birmingham Mission next week. Sister Harkens was returning from Scotland with her daughter Hannah. That is why we didn't have much help with MLC.  Elder and Sister Madden did this without any help for several months before we started helping them with MLC.)
These sisters were a big help
this morning.  They let me give them
job assignments and did them!
Thank You!

Could not of pulled off breakfast
without Tony and Carol Davis.
Love that couple!
Elder Botta and Elder Albacite
used their talents to arrange the
orange juice.

Elder Hardy (goes home next week) and
Elder Lawson.  They are the zone leaders
in Crawley living in Brighton.
