We were up at the office at 8 am again today knowing that we had a big day planned.  We loaded packages in the car for the Staines and Wandsworth Zones.  We did a flat check for Elder Man and Elder Regnier in Epsom and wanted to take them to lunch.  As I was doing the flat check, I told the Elders they had to do a better job in taking care of their flat.  We will take them to lunch again IF the flat is in better shape. (not dirty but cluttered and a bed not made.) We drove to the Epsom Mall which was crazy two days before Christmas!!!  We have never experienced the crowds like they have in England.  Elders had to set up a display at the mall at 2 pm so we bought all of us a hot ham and cheese sandwich at one of the vendors in the mall.  Very tasty!!!  Very quick!!! We were going to stay and help the Epsom Ward sing and talk to the people and give out Book of Mormons but our time was limited with delivering packages.  We hugged a few of the ward members and left the crowded mall to the crowded streets.

We drove to Costco to meet up with the Pearces to deliver Wandsworth Zone packages.  This saved us a lot time.  We were going to have to drive up closer to London - a very tender mercy!  Pearces arrived at Costco just a few minutes before we did.  Sister Pearce was shopping while Elder Pearce waited for us.  We loaded his car and wished him a Merry Christmas and off we went.  Did not want to get inside Costco.  Parking was awful.  Pearces waited 20 minutes for a parking place.

We drove to Slough to meet the Maddens.  We arrived 5 minutes before they did.  They had gone shopping.  Sister Madden was carrying baguettes and meat and to feed us dinner.  We were very grateful and appreciate of this kind gesture.  We were in need of the CR or toilet or bathroom or etc... Ham, turkey, cheese, lettuce sandwich with mayo and chips was dinner.  Very tasty.  They were going to Cornwall with the Parkers and needed to pack.  They were going to deliver the packages to the zone leaders to get them to the missionaries.

We were surprised with how fast we got home.  No traffic problems at all.  All the people were at the stores shopping.  We watched a Hallmark movie and went to bed after talking with Matt Wallace who showed us his Christmas village display.  We were in bed when I heard the phone go off.  Julia had accidentally called.  We talked for a minute and said we would talk tomorrow.

We went to bed with smiles on our faces knowing that some missionaries were getting their packages.
